Originally published in 2000 as a book, entitled "Geology of the Raukumara area", with 1 accompanying map, entitled Raukumara.
The CD, published in 2003, contains digital images created from the map and text published in 2000. The CD contains: Tiff 24 and 8 bit georeferenced colour images of the map, MrSid* high and low resolution georeferenced images of the map, PDF version of the text.
System requirements: This CD will start automatically on systems running Windows 9x or higher if autorun is enabled. If the CD fails to start on one of these systems, navigate to the CD and double click on start_here.exe. A minimum screen resolution of 800x600 is required. Windows 3.x systems will be able to read the data on this CD but will not be able to run this executable ; Adobe Acrobat Reader 5 or better to view the text.
The CD can be viewed in most GIS systems. Free viewer software is available for MrSid and PDF formats.
