Summary: This document summarises the data inputs used in the 2017 stock assessment of blackfoot paua (Haliotis iris) around Stewart Island (PAU 5B). The sets of data available for the assessment included: three standardised CPUE series, a standardised research diver survey index, research diver proportions-at-length series, commercial catch sampling length frequency series, tag-recapture length increment data, and maturity-at-length data. Catch history was also an input to the model.
