Summary: Flood pulsing is a natural hydrolic occurrence in ecosystems of rivers, streams, and cypress swamps, and plays an important role in seed dispersal and thus successful long term restoration. This book bridges the information gap between universities and the public and private sectors by presenting timely and useful research in an area of restoration where until recently, there has been very little information.
